The week of April 4 to April 10 is already here, and some retailers are expected to restock PS5 consoles again!
After more than a year of shortage, the trend of restocking PS5 consoles continues. Even after Sony’s best efforts to produce as many consoles as possible, PS5 units are not enough to keep up with demand.
This high demand is only increasing with recent launches, including games like The wonders of Tiny Tina and Ghostwire: Tokyo.
All this influx of great games has certainly boosted sales. Without a doubt, this is one of the best times to get a PlayStation 5!
We’re here for another week to help you find and get your console. These are all retailers expected to restock PS5 consoles from April 4 through April 10.
All PS5 Restocks – April 4-April 10
Target PS5 Restock
Target PS5 restock date: Very likely this week (rumored)
Originally replenish insider Jack Randall predicted Target could restock PS5 consoles last week.
Due to the number of consoles that each store has in its warehouse, everything hinted at restocking on Thursday or Friday.
That didn’t happen, but now it further increases the possibility of a Target PS5 drop this week.
If you want to participate in this restocking, remember that Target typically restocks between Wednesday and Friday around 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST.

GameStop PS5 Restock
GameStop PS5 restock date: possible this week (Rumor)
GameStop had a PS5 restock in store on April 2 for the disc and digital versions of the console. There is unlikely to be another in-store event.
Nonetheless, GameStop has, on rare occasions in the past, held online restocks to sell remaining stock after these in-store events.
If GameStop drops PS5 consoles, it will happen on a weekday morning, possibly around 11:00 a.m. EST.

PlayStation Direct PS5 Restock
PlayStation Direct PS5 Restock Date: Maybe this week (rumor)
It’s somewhat unlikely that PS Direct will be able to restock PS5 consoles this week, but crazier things have happened. Typically, PlayStation Direct restocks consoles on or after the second week of the month.
In January, the retailer sent out a batch of invitations for a PS5 restock during the first few days of the month, so it’s worth keeping an eye on your email!
Although, keep in mind that the last replenishment was on March 24so he could move in a week or two.
If you want the chance to participate in these drops, now is the perfect time to sign up for a PS Direct PS5 restock invite.

Antonline PS5 Restocking
Antonline PS5 Restock Date: Maybe This Week (Rumored)
Antonline is not as consistent as the other retailers on this list. Its PS5 restocks are smaller and usually feature pricey bundles.
Antonline restocked PS5 consoles on March 2. With that in mind, the retailer could likely have a PS5 drop to start April.
Note that Antonine does not restock consoles every month and it restocks Xbox Series X consoles more often than the PS5.
If you want to keep track of this retailer’s restocks, it’s good to keep an eye on Antonine’s Twitter Account!
Amazon PS5 Restock
Amazon PS5 restock date: unlikely this week
As we predicted last week, Amazon restocked PS5 consoles on March 30. This retailer rarely restocks PS5 units more than once a month.
Due to this, it’s unlikely Amazon will be able to stock PlayStation 5 consoles in the coming week. Typically, Amazon drops consoles after the 20th day of the month.
Therefore, you can expect another restock from Amazon by the end of April. However, consider that Amazon doesn’t restock consoles every month and sometimes skips console drops altogether.

Best Buy PS5 Restock
Best Buy PS5 Restock Date: Unlikely This Week
This retailer is unlikely to be able to restock this week because Best Buy recently held a PS5 in-store release on April 1.
If you want to try your luck, there may be stock left in some stores! You can check if your store has PS5 consoles by following this tip on the Best Buy app.
Last month, the retailer also held an in-store event on March 10. These two events further reinforce Best Buy’s new approach to console releases.
Lately, Best Buy is moving restocks to its stores rather than keeping online events exclusive to its Totaltech members.
While it’s unlikely, if Best Buy has an online restock, it’s almost guaranteed to be exclusive to its Totaltech members.

Walmart PS5 Restock
Walmart PS5 Restock Date: Unlikely This Week
Back on March 14, Walmart has restocked PS5 units for its Walmart+ subscribers. This resupply had a multitude of problems.
A few weeks ago, several customers started complaining about order delays. These delays ended badly for many customers.
Last week, many customers complained through social media posts of Walmart is canceling many PS5 orders from its March 14 restock.
These issues with the March 14 restock indicate that Walmart is unlikely to be able to host a PS5 restock this week. So far, it looks like the retailer is having trouble even fulfilling existing orders.
