2022 Masters Tee Times, Pairings: Full Field, Groups, Schedule Set for Round 2 at Augusta National

Pairings and tee times for the second round of play at the Masters 2022 are now available, and while the groups will remain the same from the first 18 holes, start times have been reversed for Friday’s action as ‘Augusta National is gearing up to cut the pitch ahead of the weekend. From top to bottom and start to finish, the plot for the second of this week’s four rounds of play not only looks fabulous, but grows with each passing hole.

The morning wave of round two is packed with stars as former champions Bubba Watson, Patrick Reed, Sergio Garcia, Dustin Johnson and Jordan Spieth all stagger. Headlining pairs include Johnson with rising star Collin Morikawa and Billy Horschel, Jon Rahm with Patrick Cantlay and Will Zalatoris, and Rory McIlroy and Brooks Koepka in a star-studded trio alongside Matthew Fitzpatrick.

The afternoon wave could be even better as four of the past five Masters champions – including five-time winner Tiger Woods – are among the last groups to leave at Augusta National before the weekend begins. Woods, paired with Louis Oosthuizen and Joaquin Niemann, is scheduled to leave at 1:41 p.m. ET, featuring one of the last groups to start Round 2 after early tee times Thursday. This after Tiger shot a remarkable 71 on Thursday in his first round of pro golf in 17 months. Woods is in contention for his sixth green jacket and looks set to continue his cup streak as a pro at this event.

Here is an overview of all the groups that will start playing Friday at the 86h Masters. Be sure to check out the full 2022 Masters schedule and coverage guide and refresh yourself with the Masters standings after the first round so you don’t miss a moment of the action this week.
